Make Twitter the next Gawker.
About

Twitter broke off deals with the Donald Trump campaign.

Twitter permanently banned Milo Yiannopoulos, Chuck C. Johnson, Pax Dickinson, Martin Shkreli, and many, many others, mostly conservatives, on flimsy or non-existent pretexts.

Twitter has been "shadowbanning" conservatives and maintaining secret "whitelists" and "blacklists" for favored and disfavored accounts, to selectively promote or hide who it wants.

Twitter has even refused to rule out banning the account of President Trump himself.

Twitter hates us, folks. And they're $#@!ing us. It's time to $#@! them back. We're going to sue Twitter for its discrimination against conservatives, its censorship, its violation of antitrust regulation, and for everything else that we can.

We're going to make Twitter the next Gawker.

Twitter founder and CEO Jack Dorsey has insisted in the past that Twitter is "neither liberal nor conservative" and that it's like a "public utility". He says he likes "unbiased" technology.

Twitter executives have called Twitter "the free speech wing of the free speech party".

Anyone who has been paying attention to Twitter's policies and CEO Jack Dorsey's "remarkably close relationship" with far-left #BlackLivesMatter ringleader Deray McKesson knows that these are total lies.

Twitter has a lot of power. Twitter wants to have a lot of power. It claims to use it responsibly. It's not. Let's fix that -- on Twitter's behalf, and on the behalf of the American people and everybody else in the world who wants to use Twitter like an "unbiased public utility".

This is not an ordinary WeSearchr bounty. This bounty will be solved once all our lawsuits against Twitter are complete. We have many grounds on which to sue Twitter, including for discrimination and censorship against conservatives and antitrust violations, and we will pursue each case that we have.

We are already discussing this bounty with WeSearchr's excellent attorneys, as well as extremely competent and highly experienced attorneys who simply have a pro bono interest in suing Twitter. We are already developing a legal strategy in conjunction with our attorneys, including at least three separate grounds on which we will sue. We will continue to update this page with details and information on our strategy. If you are an attorney who would like to join or contribute, contact charles@wesearchr.com.

Contributions to this bounty will not be like ordinary WeSearchr bounty contributions either. Contributions made using WeSearchr accounts (including pseudonymous and anonymous ones) will be treated as purchases of shares in the judgment or settlement against Twitter, if we win.

That means that, if we win, after the lawyers take their cut, the amount awarded through a judgment or settlement will be divided between WeSearchr and the contributors. All contributors will then be reimbursed in full for their original contribution. Then, if money remains, that money will be split between WeSearchr (which will take 15% of the remaining total) and the contributors (who will take 85% of the same), with the contributors' share divided amongst individual contributors proportionately based on the amount contributed.

The more you contribute using a WeSearchr account, the more money you can get if we win.

Anonymous contributions without an account will be treated as simple donations or ordinary bounty contributions, not as shares. You can sign up for a WeSearchr account using a pseudonym here.

Do not be discouraged from contributing by the very high minimum of $250,000. We are independently pursuing funding for this lawsuit from wealthy patrons with an interest in suing Twitter and we are likely going to get it. This bounty is your chance to join the action and get part of the pay-off.
